Today is Insurance Awareness Day! How well do you know your health insurance benefits?

While we know health insurance can be complicated, we encourage everyone to learn about their health insurance benefits so that you are aware of what your plan does and doesn't cover, as well as any deductibles and copays you may have.
Every insurance plan is different. For more information on what your specific plan offers, most insurance cards will have a customer service phone number listed on the back of the card for patients to call and ask questions about their plan. You can also visit your insurance plan's website for more information. The more you know the better!
