Here’s how to keep your muscles performing at their best:

💧 Hydrate Like a Pro:
Even in cooler weather, dehydration is a hidden threat. Coffee, tea, and fizzy drinks may feel festive, but they can actually dehydrate you. Balance them with plenty of water to keep your muscles fueled and flexible.

🍌 Feed Your Muscles Right:
