Throw the whole Collard bunch away and replace it with Turnips! 🤣

When we switched our collards for turnips it was a no-brainer! They are so much more healthier, non-hybrid, easier on the digestive system, reduces inflammation and the list can go on!

We're not saying this will be easy but that fact that you csn use a green vegetable to build stronger teeth and bones and not cows milk is amazing!!

If Calcium was so high in milk then America would have such a high count of osteoporosis diagnosis. But what do we know??

We will be featuring a new food item....SEA MOSS SALAD! This salad is light and flavorful, but packed with minerals!! We use fresh aromatic vegetables, citrus juices, tri-colored sea moss, and spices!

You can also sample all of our sea moss infused drinks as well. And if you come early enough, you may be able to grab a gallon or half gallon before we are sold out! 😉

There will be multiple local black owned businesses set up and they would love your support too!!
