Chiropractic care is not one-size-fits-all, and it shouldn’t be.
Both infant and adult chiropractic care support the same core foundation: the spine, the nervous system, and how the body communicates and functions as a whole. What changes is the intention, technique, and level of pressure based on where the body is in life.
For adults, chiropractic care often focuses on:
✨ Relieving pain, stiffness, and tension
✨ Improving mobility, posture, and recovery
✨ Supporting the nervous system through stress, work demands, and repetitive movement
For infants, chiropractic care focuses on:
✨ Supporting alignment and comfort as the body grows
✨ Helping the nervous system adapt and regulate
✨ Encouraging healthy movement patterns and development
Infant adjustments are calm, quick, and extremely gentle, often using no more pressure than a light touch. There is no cracking or force, and parents remain with their baby throughout the visit for comfort and reassurance. Care is always tailored to the baby receiving it.
Different bodies require different approaches, but the goal is the same: helping the nervous system function well so the body can do what it’s designed to do.
