If you are a current patient, please call the office as soon as possible at 314-222-0060 to make arrangements for your records to be sent to your new pain management physician. If you haven't yet decided on a new pain doctor, you should obtain a printed copy of your records or have them sent to your primary care physician as soon as possible.
