You might be wondering…

“Wait… are you Main Street Longevity now?”
“Or are you still 1st Responder Healthcare?”

Honestly… we’ve been asking ourselves the same question. 😄

Here’s the simple answer:

1st Responder Healthcare isn’t going anywhere. We’ll still be serving the first responder departments with the same programs and services. Under the same name.

But as more people in the community started coming in for services focused on energy, hormones, recovery, and longevity, we realized we needed a name that better reflected that side of our clinic.

So we created Main Street Longevity — our community clinic right here on Main Street in Superior

For a little while, you’ll probably see both names floating around, mix-matched, as we make the transition.

Same team. Same care. Same mission.

We’re grateful to be part of the Downtown Superior community and look forward to serving both first responders and the broader community from our new clinic.

New businesses opening on Main Street in Downtown Superior, which is great to see. I recently stopped by 1st Responder Healthcare which opened their Main Street location this week. It’s a clinic that provides specialized medical services for first responders—such as NFPA-compliant physicals, cardiometabolic screenings, injury recovery, and performance optimization—while also offering preventive, functional, and longevity-focused care to the broader community.

Meet Carley, one of the medical assistants. She gave me a great overview of peptides and some of the regenerative health options they offer.
