Most people think fiber is just about better 💩 .

But fiber actually feeds your gut bacteria so they can produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) like butyrate, which help:

• Heal the gut lining
• Reduce inflammation
• Support immune health
• Improve digestion and regularity
• Regulate your blood sugar, metabolism and appetite

This is one of the reasons fiber-rich whole foods are so important for gut health.

But here’s the catch 👇
