Let me tell you about this lady

Sara and I have been working together for almost a year now! She hit her goal weight back in August (down 26lbs, 8% body fat, and 6 inch in the waistline)

We have found a perfect balance of structure and fun⭐️ still enjoying drinks once and a while and yummy foods she enjoys, while still staying on track.

You are so beautiful inside and out. Thank you for always trusting me and being such a light for everyone who gets the privilege of knowing you⭐️

Thank you for believing in yourselves, for putting yourselves in those uncomfortable situations, doing what most wont, actively making your bodies healthy, never giving up, for overcoming the hardest of obstacles, and prevailing.
