Pause.

We chose Valentine’s week for this on purpose.

Because love isn’t just what you give, it’s what you allow yourself to receive.

One week before Valentine’s Day…

Let me ask you something.

When was the last time you practiced receiving?

Not doing.
Not fixing.
Not leading.
Not giving to everyone else first.

Receiving.

The mat doesn’t ask you to perform.
It asks you to soften.
To breathe.
To surrender.

The greatest love practice isn’t who you roll your mat out with.

It’s how you show up for yourself when no one is watching.

Can you let your shoulders drop?
Can you allow support?
Can you trust the floor to hold you?
Can you trust yourself to let go?

This Saturday, one week before Valentine’s Day,
we’re not chasing poses.

We’re practicing self-trust.
Self-honoring.
Self-love.

Come roll your mat out.
Come receive.

Before you rush into goals, plans, and pressure…
try this instead.

Read this affirmation out loud.
Better yet… step outside (even though it’s chilly), feel your feet on the ground, take one slow breath, and read it again.

Notice what shifts in your body.
Notice where you soften.

Not every affirmation works because it’s true,
some work because they help your nervous system stand down.

This one isn’t about doing more.
It’s about moving differently.

✨ Flow over force
✨ Alignment over pressure
✨ Allowing over chasing

If this one resonates, keep it close this year.
