When arrangements are ordered directly through the obituary link on our website, they are fulfilled by trusted local florists. In contrast, many large online services operate differently. For example, companies such as 1-800-Flowers often ship arrangements via carriers like FedEx or UPS, which can result in delayed deliveries—sometimes arriving after the service has begun. Additionally, these arrangements may require on-site assembly, which can affect their final presentation and may not reflect the images shown online.
