October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month — a time to remember the little ones who are forever loved, and the parents who carry that love through grief. 💗
If you’re navigating loss, please know that healing doesn’t mean forgetting — it means finding ways to keep love and memory together. You deserve support that honors both.
If you’re looking for support, we’re here for you.

It’s not the baby. 💛

So often, new moms are told “this is just what motherhood is”—but the truth is, the struggle isn’t your baby. It’s all these other factors.

You are not failing. You are carrying more than any one person was meant to carry alone.

If this resonates with you, know this: you are not broken, you are not alone, and you deserve support 🩷

✨ What would you add to the list? Drop it in the comments — let’s remind each other it was never “just us.”

For so many, the village feels smaller these days. 🌱
In a time when extended family involvement can look very different than in generations past, we honor the grandparents who actively nurture, support, and show up. Your role in the village matters deeply — for children, for parents, and for family systems as a whole.
Happy National Grandparents Day 💛

Happy Breastfeeding Awareness Month! 🤱 As mental health therapists, we see the profound impact that the infant feeding journey has on parental well-being.

This August, we’re celebrating the incredible dedication of those who breastfeed, acknowledging the unique joys and challenges this path presents. Our goal is to foster a community of support, understanding, and empathy for all parents, recognizing that every feeding journey is deeply personal and deserves respect. Let’s uplift one another as we navigate the beautiful, complex world of raising little ones.

Do you have wins you’re celebrating this month? Drop a comment below, we want to celebrate with you 🥳

Moms, ditch the iced coffee! 🥶

I know, I know, but don’t kill the messenger. It’s a temporary sacrifice for significant long-term benefits, I promise.

Following good postpartum protocol reduces our risk of developing Postnatal Depletion Syndrome, which can cause a devastating triad of nutrient depletion, hormonal imbalance and emotional disturbances.

This is advice I didn’t know about until I had my third baby. Have you heard about the ‘Warm Foods Only’ guideline for postpartum recovery?
