🔑 Warming up your shoulders with bands before lifting is one step in keeping your muscles and tendons prepped for you workout. Band work helps activate stabilizing muscles around the shoulder blade and rotator cuff, improving mobility and control before you load up. This prepares your body for heavier resistance and decreases the risk of irritation or strain. Don’t skip the prep.
