Last week the greatest teacher of my life made his journey to the next world. So much gratitude for his precious teachings and his great heart. I have been blessed beyond words to be his student.

Most of you know that John was a physical therapist and the developer of John Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach® (MFR) and a true pioneer of healing. He was also my greatest teacher: of bodywork and life.
