You don’t have to overcomplicate your food to see results 👏
Every meal doesn’t need to be perfectly “clean” or made from scratch. Real life is busy—and sometimes convenience matters.
Here’s the truth:
👉 A meal with some processed ingredients is completely okay
👉 It can actually HELP you stay consistent
👉 And consistency is what drives fat loss—not perfection
If using convenient options helps you:
✔️ Hit your protein goals
✔️ Stay within your macros
✔️ Avoid skipping meals or overeating later
…then it’s a win.
Think balance, not extremes.

This meal is:
Two slices of Aldis protein bread

Two tablespoons of hummus

🥚 Veggie Frittata (~200 Calories per Serving)
✅ Ingredients (10 whole eggs → 5 servings)
10 whole eggs
1 tsp avocado oil (keep low for calories)
¼–⅓ cup shredded mozzerella or cheddar cheese
5–6 cups high-volume veggies (key for lowering calories per serving):
spinach
mushrooms
zucchini
bell peppers
¾–1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional:
garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes
🔥 Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9x13 dish or skillet with minimal oil.
Sauté veggies until soft and moisture is cooked off.
Whisk eggs with seasonings.
Spread veggies in dish, pour eggs over.
Add a light sprinkle of cheese.
Bake 20–25 minutes until set.
Slice into 5 servings.
