Follow-up question from our previous post regarding patient feedback -

We often are asked why we don’t have our schedule available for more than a couple months in advance, and the answer is because we don’t know what our provider’s availability will be 6-12 months down the road, as they have their own doctor’s appointments, vacations, and children’s sporting events. We would like to know which option you prefer:

1. Only have our schedule out for 2-3 months in advance, but know that unless there’s an emergency, we won’t need to reschedule any appointments.

2. Have our schedule available for 12 months in advance, but run into the possibility that your child(ren)’s appointments may need to be rescheduled if the provider you’re scheduled with is no longer available that day/time.

Happy Thursday! Due to unforeseen circumstances, our office will be closing at 12:30pm today. We apologize for the inconvenience, but will be back to our regular business hours tomorrow.

Our phones and internet are currently down due to an outage with our internet provider. We are still open and continuing to see our scheduled patients, but will not be available for anything additional at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have this resolved by tomorrow morning.

Just a friendly reminder of our holiday closures for this week! Our office will be closing at 12pm on Wednesday, 11/27 and remain closed until Monday, 12/2. We wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving and want you all to know that we are beyond thankful to have you as our patients. 🦃💛🧡🤎🦃

This will alter the flow of traffic to our office on Thursday and Friday so please give yourself extra time on those days if you are coming to the office. As always please drive carefully and with patience.

Eastbound Bell Road will be reduced to two lanes from Brookside Lane to Parkview Place on November 21 and 22 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily for asphalt repairs.

The right turn pocket just west of Parkview Place (near the U.S. Post Office) will also be restricted during this time.

Access to the driveways for the medical plaza west of Parkview Place and the post office will be maintained.
