No more dentures! This medically complex All on X / Teeth in a Day patient had dentures for many years. She was unhappy with them and not having teeth for so many years left her jaws thin and soft (osteoporotic). Luckily, she was referred to us by her general dentist. Dr. Nguyen used zygomatic and pterygoid implants to anchor into good bone, and allow her to throw away those dentures! She is very happy in her final zirconia bridges now. Another life changed in one surgery!

Soft bone? Plates and screws from a previous facial fracture from trauma? No bone left from having dentures for decades? All in a days work for us. This patient had all the above, saw us from across the Phoenix Valley, and in one day Dr. Nguyen used his experience in maxillofacial trauma to remove some of the old plates and screws, place zygomatic, transnasal, and pterygoid implants in the upper jaw and six implants in the lower jaw to give this patient temporary bridges on the same day of surgery. No more dentures or partials that have to be removed between meals or at night before going to bed!
