Yesterday’s Root to Heart Sound Bath was such a beautiful gathering. [SOUND CLIP INCLUDES IN POST]

Thank you to everyone who came and allowed yourselves the space to slow down, breathe, and simply receive. There is something powerful that happens when a room full of people choose to pause together and care for their nervous systems.

We moved through grounding root energy, gentle sacral flow, the warmth of the solar plexus, and into the openness of the heart. You could feel the shift in the room as the sound carried us deeper into that space of calm and connection.

I’m so grateful for this community and for each of you who continues to show up for yourselves in this way.

I just started a Quantum Cranial tuning fork training with Dr. John Beaulieu. His book has been one I return to constantly in my work, so getting to study this directly feels really meaningful to me.

In the first class, we didn’t even begin with the forks. We started with simple hand movements to decompress the field around the head and then introduced sound. At one point, Dr. Beaulieu chose a student from the Zoom room to demonstrate on, and it ended up being ME!!!

As he did the session on me, my body heated up, there was a noticeable tingling, and my head felt lighter. It was subtle but very clear…my body shifted before I had time to analyze it.

I didn’t take this training to add another technique, but to understand the body more deeply so I can support my clients better. I’ll share observations as I move through it; the learning process fascinates me.

Sunday morning’s Self Love Sound Bath

I posted a few photos from this event, but honestly…they don’t even come close to capturing the experience. What isn’t visible is the way the room softened, the collective exhale, the tears that came quietly, the nervous systems finally feeling safe enough to rest. The way sound held you exactly where you were, without asking you to fix or change anything.

Self-love isn’t loud.
It’s subtle.
It’s allowing yourself to receive.
It’s letting your body be supported, your heart be witnessed, and your breath slow down.

Thank you to every soul who showed up Sunday morning and chose themselves. Thank you for trusting me to hold space, for your openness, your vulnerability, your presence. It was an honor to create this together. If you were there, I hope you’re still feeling the ripple of that love moving through you. And if you felt called but couldn’t make it, trust…there’s always another invitation waiting.

You are worthy of rest.
You are worthy of softness.
You are worthy of love, starting with your own.

This may look like an empty room…chairs waiting, space held, energy already set.

But shortly after this picture, the room filled with curious minds and open hearts…women who came ready to reclaim their feminine power, their voice, and their radiance.

We spent a half day slowing down, meditating, connecting, and remembering what lives beneath the noise. Returning to the body. Returning to presence. Returning to power.

I’m deeply grateful for the 13 women who trusted me, trusted each other, and chose to spend the afternoon in this space together. I truly believe in this work, and I have experienced firsthand how deeply it can change your life.

There is something sacred about the moments before women gather…and something transformative about what happens once they do.
