My heart is so full after Friday night’s gathering. Eight incredible women came together to sip cacao, uplift one another, and share in a 75-minute sound bath that filled the room with love, laughter, and deep connection.

There’s something truly magical about women supporting women…feeling seen, held, and reminded of our power. 💫

Thank you to each of you who showed up with open hearts and radiant energy. You made the night unforgettable.

The next Sisterhood Frequency will be in January. I can’t wait to gather again and start the new year together in sisterhood and sound. 💖

🍂 Autumn Stillness Gratitude

Thank you to everyone who joined me for the Autumn Stillness Sound Bath yesterday. Your presence, your openness, and your willingness to release made the space feel so sacred and peaceful.

As part of our Autumn Stillness journey, each attendee wrote down what they were ready to release — the thoughts, habits, and heaviness no longer meant to be carried. 🍁

Yesterday evening, I completed the ritual on their behalf.
I burned each leaf under the night sky… offering their intentions to the fire and the Earth.

The flames rose softly — transforming release into renewal. 🔥
Here’s to the beauty of letting go.

On a side note… I believe spirit was with me during this ritual, as you can see an orb dancing around at the beginning of the video. ✨
