I just completed my BioSonics Mastery training with Dr. John Beaulieu in Quantum Cranial Sound Healing.

This one feels really special to me. This wasn’t just learning something new, it was deepening into something I’ve already been feeling in my work.

Sound doesn’t just relax the body, it communicates with it. It speaks to the nervous system, the brain, and the subtle rhythms that are always moving beneath the surface. This work focuses on the cranium, not just as structure, but as a living, rhythmic system that holds so much intelligence.

Using tuning forks and vibration, we’re supporting the natural flow within the body and helping it come back into balance in a way that’s gentle but incredibly powerful. What I love most is how this bridges both worlds, the science of how our body responds to frequency and the deeper, intuitive knowing that sound brings us back to ourselves.

I can already feel this shifting how I hold space in my sessions. There’s more depth, more precision, and even more trust in the body’s ability to do what it already knows how to do.

Cacao, connection, sound…and a small circle of women choosing to show up fully. These nights always remind me how powerful it is when women come together.

Yesterday’s Root to Heart Sound Bath was such a beautiful gathering. [SOUND CLIP INCLUDES IN POST]

Thank you to everyone who came and allowed yourselves the space to slow down, breathe, and simply receive. There is something powerful that happens when a room full of people choose to pause together and care for their nervous systems.

We moved through grounding root energy, gentle sacral flow, the warmth of the solar plexus, and into the openness of the heart. You could feel the shift in the room as the sound carried us deeper into that space of calm and connection.

I’m so grateful for this community and for each of you who continues to show up for yourselves in this way.
