Whether you need a relaxing Swedish massage, or a therapeutic deep tissue such as the Pfrimmer technique, I offer a massage you need. This common stress-relieving massage involves long, flowing strokes to cut back tension, strengthen circulation and induce relaxation. Great to unwind or as a beginning massage. DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE ~ 60 MINUTES. A full body massage with moderate to deep pressure. This therapeutic massage uses strategic strokes to maximize circulation, relief muscle tension and get rid of lactic acid. I will address areas of concern using a combination stretching, sports massage or a variety of other modalities to eliminate strain, stress and inflammation. PRENATAL MASSAGE ~ 60 MINUTES. Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage, which is to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, increase circulation and mobility, and to make you walk away happier. SPECIFIC MASSAGE ~ 30 MINUTES. Choose a specific area such as neck, back and shoulder. Massage can be deep or light pressure

EAR CANDLING ~ Ear Candling is a non-invasive way of treating ear aches and other common issues related to the ear. Also available for corporate events and special events. Are your employees deserving a reward? How about chair massages as a special thank you. Work in an office all day, staring at a computer? Do you know there are stretches and massage can help to relieve those tight shoulders and stiff necks? Conventions and seminars are a great place to offer 5-10 minute chair massages to help your visitors relax to enjoy their time. Call today to discuss options and pricing. Massage times listed above are approximate and include time for check-in and check-out. Actual massage time will be less than shown above. Late cancellations, within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 fee. No show to your appointment will incur a charge of ½ of your scheduled service. Any massage required outside of my normal operating hours will incur a $25 surcharge.
