Sometimes in life, as we grow older, we retire and move into independent living. But life continues to happen. We age, our needs change, and we may find ourselves transitioning into assisted living or memory care. It isn’t always easy—we miss the independence, the freedom, and especially the friends we’ve made along the way.
Today was a beautiful reminder that community doesn’t end with change. We had the joy of bringing some of our assisted living and memory care residents to visit their friends in independent living. We shared a wonderful lunch, lots of laughter, and sweet memories of where life has brought us—and where it continues to lead us.

We gathered with friends to celebrate, share refreshments, and enjoy awesome entertainment. Our hearts are full as we reflect on the blessings of fellowship, laughter, and togetherness.

As we enter the first week of 2026, we thank God for the many blessings of 2025 and for our wonderful Christian community.
To our assisted-living seniors, families, and caregivers—thank you for standing together in love, care, and devotion. May this new year renew our hearts to serve one another with kindness, patience, and faith.
A question to reflect on: How can we share God’s love more fully with one another in the year ahead?

Christmas Eve Magic at Our Community
What a wonderful surprise this Christmas Eve—we were delighted by a visit from talented Christmas carolers! We enjoyed not only their beautiful voices, but also their breathtaking festive attire.
With eggnog, peppermint treats, and plenty of cheer to share, the afternoon was filled with smiles and laughter. Yet, the greatest tradition of all was simply spending time together and celebrating the season as a community.
Moments like these are what make the holidays truly special.

Today, we were blessed to hold a beautiful Christmas service led by Chaplin Dan. We understand that many of our residents are unable to travel and attend regular services out in the community, so Chaplin Dan graciously hosts these special services right here at home for our residents.
It was truly heartwarming to see everyone come together in such a meaningful and blessed service. We reflected on the wonderful year we’ve shared—one filled with joy, gratitude, and abundance—and looked ahead with hope for continued blessings in the year to come.

We were honored to welcome the volunteers from Palm West Community Church into our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. They spend meaningful time with our residents, sharing kindness, support, and love.

We were delighted to have two very special visitors surprise our residents, dressed head-to-toe in festive Christmas attire! Their unexpected arrival created quite the excitement — even pausing a lively poker game to share in the joy. ♠️🎅
They made their grand entrance in our courtyard, where they were greeted with smiles, laughter, and a very warm welcome. Moments like these truly make the season brighter and bring our community together.

🎬 Christmas Movie Night & Dinner🎄
We enjoyed a cozy evening filled with holiday cheer as we gathered to watch the classic Miracle on 34th Street. Everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner, along with festive treats like egg nog, hot chocolate, and popcorn, which made the night extra special.
Friends came together to share memories, laughter, and the joy of the season while enjoying time with one another. It was a wonderful celebration of Christmas and community.

The holidays can be busy, pulling us in a hundred different directions—but at The Oasis at Fellowship Square Surprise, we wanted to slow things down and focus on what truly matters: time together.
We were delighted to host a special Christmas lunch where our residents invited their family and friends to share a delicious meal, festive beverages, joyful music, and plenty of laughter.

A Magical Holiday Evening!
This week, our residents enjoyed a delightful Christmas drive-through to see the shining sea of lights—and what a joyful night it was!
As we cruised along, one resident began singing Christmas carols, and before we knew it, the whole bus was filled with laughter and song. The holiday spirit was truly contagious!
It was a wonderful evening filled with lights, laughter, and love—creating special memories that will warm our hearts all season long.

Our First Holiday Farmers Market Was a Success!
Our residents enjoyed strolling through the parking lot and shopping from local vendors offering baked goods, jewelry, handmade scarves, and soaps. It was a wonderful way to spend time together and kick off the season as we look ahead to the holidays.
