Nestled within a 14-acre gated community, Fellowship Square Surprise offers a full range of senior living options all on one campus: Independent and Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Home Health Services. Unlike traditional Continuing Care Retirement Communities, there is no entrance fee to be paid upon move-in. Instead, residents pay a monthly fee that covers their apartment and a wide range of amenities, services, and care.
