Our founders, having spent their life in healthcare, from file room to boardroom and everything in between, found she had a unique understanding of the medical office and providers. With an eye to critically and analytically review an office and offer solutions and improvements that will help the provider and staff streamline processes and increase revenue, she found her calling in healthcare administration.
Josanne Billcheck has spent her adult life working to help providers with the administrative side of practicing medicine, with more than 30 years of working for and with multispeciality providers. John Billcheck has a Military background and multiple degrees in business and his MBA. Together they are a powerful combination of medical business knowledge that will assist providers. Our philosophy is let us take care of you so you can take care of patients. Our goal is to take the headaches out of running a medical practice so providers can focus on patient care and practice growth
With an ability and extensive knowledge base I am able to put providers and office managers at ease and become that trusted advisor they can turn to for guidance and information to help their practice long term.
We found we excel in healthcare management. Our Staff understand the needs of patients, providers, and staff and work to balance the needs of all. We look at a practice and find ways to improve their billing, coding, and collections. Solve staffing issues and streamline expenses and processes. We are able to tactfully educate providers on coding and how to dictate, code, and document appropriately in order to obtain proper reimbursement for the services provided to patients. Our staff and owners enjoy helping doctors and office managers find ways to run their offices better and assist them in increasing collections.
