We have opportunities for caregiver positions. Most of these positions are for live-in only. Benefits of live-in are free room and board, no utility bills, and free food. Also enjoy a beautiful home.
Training takes about 1 month.
Pay will range from 1200 per month to 3000 per month based on your level of quality experience and also based on how many residents you will care for in that month.

Hello everyone.....we are Dave and Lorie. We own an assisted living home in surprise,AZ. We have multiple jobs available for live in preferred. Our Business Model has rewarded us with 0 deficiencies from the State Health Board in the last 4 years.

We are seeking people that want to become part of our family. This is a great opportunity for inexperienced caregivers to learn better skills and to do things efficiently.

Pay is weekly or Monthly. (Applies to if Live-In ) Live in includes Room and Board and all food.

Experience preferred but not necessary.

Skill Sets should include:

> Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical and mental health
> Proficient with the proper handling of medications
>Ability to multi-task, be flexible and organized
> Ability to remain calm and handle any emergencies that may arise
> Exceptionally patient, good at listening and responding to others' needs
> Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning.
> Trained in specialized areas of care, for example, dementia or Alzheimer's disease

Mountain View Care Home is a leader in training the best and safe practices. This video will expose things that some learn as acceptable but in fact they are abusive and pure neglect. Share with us if you have ever worked in a place that allows or trains that this is ok.
