WANTED: Skid Steer and Snowplow Driver
Pay:
$21.00 Per Hour Minimum, Based on Experience

Duration/Usual Hours Per Week:
On Call Temporary, 15 to 20 Hours Per Week.

This position is an on-call position and cannot guarantee that any work hours will be made available in a given pay period to the employee.

Shift/Work Days:
This position is an on-call position and cannot guarantee that any work hours will be made available in a given pay period to the employee. This is a limited term casual position, to be utilized only as necessary for snow and ice removal operations during the winter months. Monday through Sunday. Dependent on snowfall forecast.

Experience / Qualifications:
Experience with snowplow and skid steer is required to work into the winter season.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Carl's Lawn Maintenance is now accepting applications for the 2016-2017 snow season. We are looking for Snowplow driver ability to operate a plow or skid steer is a must.
• Ability to work well with others, take direction and be self-motivated
• Lift 50+lbs on a regular basis
• reliable transportation to work
• Positive attitude with good people skills
• Have pride in your workmanship, detail oriented
• Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas.
• Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws.
• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Operate trucks equipped with snowplows or sander attachments to maintain roads in winter weather.
• Read and interpret maps to determine vehicle routes.
