One exercise, 3 ways. This is how we build strong, stable shoulders without jumping straight to the hardest version!
Rachael breaks down Shoulder Ys on 3 different levels:
1️⃣ Table Slides: Great for range of motion and control. These help your shoulders move smoothly without compensation, especially if you’re stiff, coming back from pain, or just getting started.
2️⃣ Banded Standing Ys: Adds moderate resistance and challenges motor coordination. This trains your shoulder muscles to work together, not in isolation. Key for posture, reaching, lifting, and overhead tasks.
3️⃣ TRX Ys: Higher load, more demand on stability, and advanced control. This builds real-world strength and shoulder resilience for workouts, sports, and daily life.
Why this matters:
Your shoulders are about stability, control, coordination, and endurance. Progressing exercises the right way helps prevent irritation, improves posture, and keeps your shoulders feeling good long-term.
You DON'T need to jump to the hardest version to get results. You DO need the right version for your body.

The key to next-level recovery isn’t just about what you do in physical therapy sessions, it’s about what your body gets between them!
Infrared heat helps increase circulation, relax tight tissue, and reduce stiffness so your body can heal more efficiently and move better, faster.
That’s why at Concierge Physical Therapy, infrared sauna access is included up to 5x a week (plus other AWESOME wellness perks) for active patients with a CPT Membership.

Ever been told how to squat “correctly” but it still didn’t click? You’re not broken, your brain just needed a different cue.
Welcome to ! At Concierge PT, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. If a cue isn’t landing, we adjust it: whether visual, verbal, hands-on, or by changing the task entirely until your body actually understands the movement.
In this video, we show how we tweak squat cues to help patients feel the difference, move with confidence, and carry better form into everyday life (chairs, boxes, groceries, workouts… all of it).
Because when movement makes sense, progress sticks! 💡📈

This year we helped patients get back to golf, back to the gym, back to picking up their kids, back to moving without fear. We welcomed new teammates, opened new doors, and kept doubling down on what we believe in most: treating the whole person, not just the injured body part.
At Concierge PT, we don’t wait for setbacks to turn into crises. We believe in exceptional, proactive care, smarter movement, and building strength that actually shows up in real life. 2025 reminded us why that matters.
To our patients, our community, and our incredible team: thank you for trusting us with your movement, your goals, and your health! Here’s to moving better, living stronger, and doing it together in 2026 💚
