Electric stimulation is used alongside dry needling to enhance its benefits. After the fine needles are inserted into a muscles trigger points, small clips are attached which connect them to a machine that delivers a gentle electrical current between the needles
This creates a rhythmic pulsing or twitching sensation which can be adjusted depending on your comfort level. This is an effective way to achieve deeper, long-lasting relief for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from tension and tightness to chronic pain or injury recovery.
At CPT we influence how the muscle functions and feel NOT masking the symptoms!
Call or text (508) 861-1010 or visit conciergephysicaltherapy.com for more information about dry needling and to book a physical therapy evaluation today.

One of the biggest myths in healthcare: seeing an orthopedic surgeon = you 100% need surgery.
Not true! ❌ In fact, most patients can improve significantly with the right conservative care, *especially* when physical therapy is done correctly.
In this clip, Dr. Brit Boisvert from Worcester County Orthopedics explains why mindset, expectations, and understanding your options matter more than people think.

High performers don’t have time for band-aid solutions.
Yet….that’s what most healthcare delivers 😅 Symptom → treatment → repeat (often for months, and even years).
To .injx , this looks like Botox before basics. To us at Concierge PT, it looks like medication before movement.
In this episode of Hooked on Health, Brooke and Jamie challenge that model - breaking down why real results come from integrated, root-cause care: because if your care isn’t connected, your results won’t be either.

There’s a big difference between knowing the mechanics of physical therapy and actually practicing the art of medicine.
In school, you learn the exercises and the anatomy but once you’re in the room with a patient, you realize there’s a hidden curriculum no textbook can actually prepare you for.
Because let’s be real: you can memorize every exercise in the book and still miss the mark on true care. A distinguished clinician is defined by the things a textbook can't fully capture:
At Concierge, we spend our time on the things that actually define a great clinician:
- Communication: Finding the words that motivate.
- Trust: Building the bridge between therapist and patient.
- Clinical Judgment: Knowing when to push and when to pivot.
- Ethics: Doing what’s right, even when it’s the harder path.
- Confidence: Leading the room with authority.
These aren't just soft skills we hope you pick up along the way. We build them intentionally, every single day helping you become the leader your patients deserve.
Hip discomfort can show up in many ways, from a dull ache in the groin to soreness along the outer hip or stiffness after sitting.
