Eben Silver Town An Oasis of Tradition and Care Eben Silver Town is the first of its kind Korean American senior living community, located in Suwanee, Georgia.

The four-story independent living and assisted living community is a nod from second-generation Korean developers to honor the traditional practice of caring for aging adults as well as to replicate the silver towns of Korea. Community leaders aspire to do God’s business and leave something good for society. Eben Silver Town provides assistance with activities of daily living for seniors needing care. The community offers Korean and American cuisine, language, and experiences, as well as on-site fitness, activities, rooftop space and more. A shuttle service ensures convenient travel outside the community and language barriers are overcome with dedicated Korean team members.

For over 40 years, many of our residents have called the U.S. home, yet some holidays were only known through stories from their children—never fully experienced for themselves. At Eben, we believe it’s never too late to create new memories.
