Eben Silver Town An Oasis of Tradition and Care Eben Silver Town is the first of its kind Korean American senior living community, located in Suwanee, Georgia.

The four-story independent living and assisted living community is a nod from second-generation Korean developers to honor the traditional practice of caring for aging adults as well as to replicate the silver towns of Korea. Moving to a new state can feel overwhelming at first — and we see that every day here at Eben Silver Town. Many of our residents come from across the country, often unsure of what to expect.

But it doesn’t take long for that uncertainty to turn into confidence… and then into joy.

They quickly discover that Georgia — especially North Georgia — has so much to offer. From peaceful nature trails and beautiful parks to scenic golf courses, you’re always surrounded by something inspiring.
