Today’s Message – Unified Course by Roger G. Lanphear
Have you ever fantasized about dangerous or foolish action that you know you would never do in your right mind? Chances are this was an uninvited influence .

🌱 The core idea
Not every thought or feeling you have is truly “you.”�Some come from:
your own stress and habits
other people’s emotions and energy (psychologically speaking, not magically)
And the word “allowing” just means:�👉 you didn’t consciously choose it, but you didn’t question or filter it either.

🧠 Simple everyday examples
1. Picking up someone else’s anxiety
You’re calm… then you talk to a very anxious friend.
They say:
“What if everything goes wrong?”
“This is risky!”
Now suddenly:
You feel nervous
You start overthinking
👉 You didn’t create that fear alone—you absorbed it and accepted it without noticing

2. Anger spreading
Someone at work is irritated.
They snap at you →�You feel irritated →�Later you snap at someone else
👉 Their emotion passed through you because you let it take hold instead of pausing

3. Social media influence
You scroll and see:
people worrying about money
people complaining about life
Now you start thinking:
“Am I falling behind?”
“What if I fail?”
👉 Those thoughts weren’t originally yours—you picked them up and believed them

4. Intrusive “what if” thoughts
You’re standing somewhere high and think:
“What if I jumped?”
You immediately go:
“Wait, I would NEVER do that”
👉 That’s just a random brain thought.�But if you attach meaning to it, it starts to feel like something deeper.

⚖️ What “allowing” really means (realistically)
It does NOT mean:
you’re weak
you consciously invited bad thoughts
It simply means:�👉 you didn’t notice and filter what came in
Like leaving a window open—dust comes in. Not your fault, but it still happens.

💡 The “Higher Self” part (in simple terms)
You can think of your “Higher Self” as:
your calm, clear, rational side
the part of you that knows what’s right for you
When you’re:
overwhelmed
reacting emotionally
caught in others’ stress
👉 you feel disconnected from that calm clarity

❤️ “Don’t judge others” part

people who spread fear or negativity aren’t “bad”
they’re just confused or stressed themselves
Example:
An anxious parent worries constantly → makes you anxious
But they’re not trying to harm you—they’re scared
👉 Just like sometimes you may pass your stress to someone else

🔁 You influencing others
Example:
You’re in a bad mood → you complain → your friend feels drained
You panic → others around you panic
👉 You became the “uninvited influence” for them

🧭 The simple takeaway
Thoughts and emotions can be contagious
Not everything you feel is truly yours
You don’t control what appears in your mind
But you can choose what you accept, believe, and act on

➡️Anything that is created begins with a thought. The thought of something really is that something—at its most refined vibration.
➡️Everything in the universe began with God’s thought about creation.
➡️His one thought contains the entire blueprint for the cosmos and every single atom and soul. You are a part of God’s thought, and you embody all of God’s qualities—and so does every other aspect of His creation.
➡️You can be 100 percent certain to experience love, happiness, joy, and bliss.
➡️Remember, all your creations begin with a thought. You are a creator because your creations also begin with a thought. Then, you experience what you create.
➡️Truth describes the thought of God that created us and the cosmos. That thought is Truth. That thought speaks of happiness, never sadness. It expresses bliss and joy, never despair. It reflects intelligence, never mistakes. It reveals abundance, never poverty. It brings infinite energy, never weakness.
➡️The choice is yours. You can choose to create with God’s thought, or make one up on your own. You are created with free will. You are created as a creator. The fact that you create proves your divinity—even if you choose to create suffering.
➡️If you change your thoughts, your destiny changes.

Today's message from Unified course by Roger G lanphear
You do not relinquish your free will when you consciously choose to think with God’s thought. In fact, the opposite happens. When you focus on your fear-filled creations, you quickly become a slave to them. You get bound by the limitations you yourself have created. You begin to experience loneliness, poverty, fear, and distrust toward others. You feel fragile and vulnerable. These illusions enslave you. In that state, you cannot move freely on the path of life, nor can you truly experience the infinite possibilities of love, abundance, and happiness.
It is everyone’s choice to be happy, to be wealthy, to be loved, and to create successful projects. When you truly understand this, you realize there is only one real choice — the choice to immerse yourself in the vast ocean of love called God’s thought. Within that space, there are infinite possibilities available to you, where you can play and replay the grand game of creation while experiencing divine qualities.
It is very important to know who you are. Remember — you are God. The moment you truly realize this, you begin to free yourself from limited beliefs and restricted thinking.
Examples:
If a person constantly thinks, “I can’t do this,” they build invisible walls around themselves. But the moment they shift to “I can do this,” new opportunities begin to appear.
If someone believes “Money is hard to earn,” they continue to experience lack. But when they shift to “Abundance is natural,” they start attracting resources and opportunities.
If a person feels “No one loves me,” they experience isolation. But when they realize “I am love,” relationships begin to flow naturally into their life.
In this way, when you change your thoughts, your experience changes. When you recognize that divine qualities like love, joy, and abundance already exist within you, you begin to live in true freedom.

In a team, we often observe situations where things are not handled properly. Sometimes, we end up doing the work, yet the recognition goes to someone else. Despite this, we still need to work together without disturbing our inner peace.
Is this really possible?
Over time, if we are not aware, we begin to label people. Bias forms. Groupism and separation arise. This drains our energy and clouds our clarity.
But there is a way to see things as they truly are.

🌟 The Key: Present Moment, Awareness, and Oneness
When you are rooted in the present moment, in awareness, as a witness, everything begins to shift. Work flows smoothly without draining your energy.

🔹 1. Present Moment
When you are fully present:
Past impressions begin to heal naturally.
Fresh ideas start flowing.
You intuitively know how to handle situations.
Actions become effortless and aligned.

🔹 2. Awareness
When you are in awareness:
You focus on goals and responsibilities.
You stop focusing on others’ personalities.
Judgments and expectations drop away.
Clarity replaces emotional reactions.

🔹 3. Oneness
When you experience oneness:
You align with the highest purpose of the work.
Name, fame, and recognition lose importance.
The intention becomes collective growth and contribution.
