Meet Jessica

She came to us from Functional Yoga and she is a force to be reckoned with! She teaches Functional Flow on Monday’s at 9am and Hot Power at 4:30pm. She is also teaching Tuesday mornings at 6am with a kick a*z Hot Pilates class.

First class is always FREE!
