🚨Hey Alpharetta Big Peach run group‼️ Our Sterling Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy team are very excited to come join you all NEXT MONDAY, March 9th, following your run🏆🏃

We will have a table at the Innovation Academy Track for you all to be able to stop at and speak with us😄 We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about current injuries and issues you are experiencing and discuss treatment options that we have available at our office that will allow you to heal and return to achieving all your running goals🏃‍♂️! Dr. Torey will be leading a warm up about 15 minutes prior to run group starting💪

🚨Swipe through to see how this runner improved his running quality score by almost 10% in UNDER a month, read below to hear about his amazing progress✅

This runner came to Sterling SMPT back in November 2025 following 2 months of left ankle and arch pain🏃 He is a seasoned runner who has completed races ranging from 5km to 50km‼️ Over the past year he had been working on improving his speed, which he reported is what triggered his pain💪

He had tried resting and as a physical therapist himself, he had even tried specific rehab exercises for his ankle and foot, but his problem continued to persist😔

We performed a running gait analysis using both high speed video capture and the which allowed us to assess his dynamic stability, impact absorption, and symmetry while running🌟🤯

Based on the results of his running analysis and functional exam we were able to create a customized treatment plan which included both targeted training to help heal and strengthen the injured tendons at his left ankle and foot, as well as improve his running quality🧬✨

By helping this runner focus on drills that improved his impact absorption he has been able to return to running pain free, even when performing speed training😄🏆
