We think so! Even if you still have fun festive nights and a whole lot to do, there are different ways you can invite the health of winter in your life. Dim the lights earlier than usual, eat warm soups and teas & warm drinks like hot toddy’s and real CACAO hot cocoa, have mulling spices on the stove to bring a nice ambiance into the home, stay warm & bundled when out and about! Cozy up by a fire and read or watch a holiday movie, and of course, enjoy connection with loved ones which warms the heart!
It’s not about being rigid, but about understanding what the season naturally calls far, and allowing that to inform how you go about your days & activities!
