We’re happy to share that hot water has been fully restored at The Landings of Swansboro. We know this disruption was frustrating, and we truly appreciate the patience and support shown by our residents, families, and team members. Thank you as well to our sister community, Onslow House, for stepping in to help during the outage.

We want to share a quick update: The Landings of Swansboro is currently experiencing an issue with our hot water system. All residents are safe, comfortable and fully cared for. Our team is making sure everyone’s needs are met, including providing showers at our nearby sister community, Onslow House. The situation is under control, and we will share updates as needed. 💙
