Between Worlds: The Deep Work of the Fourth Dimension: Ascension, and the transition out of 3D, it is not just about awakening, it is about leaving behind layers of incorrect spiritual learning that have been accumulated over time. As you begin this shift, there is often a strong, almost urgent desire to learn as much as possible, to seek truth and higher understanding.
There are multiple levels and layers in all dimensions, the fourth dimension is not about gathering more, it is all about the releasing of more. It is the space where misprogramming begins to unravel, where false beliefs, distortions, and inherited false perceptions are brought to the surface to be cleared. This stage cannot be avoided at any cost.
The mind may try to convince self that you are already beyond it, that you have reached a higher state, but in truth, we are always exactly where we are and where we need to be. Just before leaving 3D, many take in large amounts of information, incorrect spiritual teachings, systems, ideas, that then must be all questioned and unraveled in 4D.
The 4th dimension is deeply focused on unlearning, on dismantling what is not true. Because this misprogramming has developed over millennia, it cannot be cleared overnight. It is a continuous unraveling, a process that takes the time it takes, with no shortcuts and no stages that can be skipped.
The fourth dimension is an expansive energetic field, with abundant layers of awareness and growth. Within it, there are different and multiple levels of conscious learning, each one revealing deeper truths as you move through them. It is a necessary passage that refines, stabilises, and prepares the ascending self for true alignment beyond inherited illusion.
The fourth dimension is a living field of ascension where transformation moves beyond intellectual understanding into full embodiment, integration, and energetic coherence. It is the phase where the illusion of the Egoic self begins to dissolve, and all past conditioning, false programming, and inherited identities surface through the body for release and recalibration.
How do you know if you are in 4D: Self is experiencing Ascension symptoms. The physical vessel becomes the conduit, processing, purging, and transmuting everything that has been deeply stored across time. As this unfolds, the system undergoes constant energetic shifts, waves of expansion and contraction, clarity and brain fog, activation and depletion, all part of the nervous system and energetic body recalibrating to higher frequencies.
In this dimension, you are no longer anchored to the 3D identity, you have removed your self and are actively unlearning it, disentangling from it, and creating a new self based in truth awareness and conscious evolution. Integration becomes the work, aligning thoughts, actions, and choices with higher awareness rather than unconscious patterns.
The fourth dimension is a space of deep ascension, where learning becomes embodiment rather than just knowledge. It is the phase where old conditioning, false programming, and past identities begin to dissolve and release from the physical body, as everything stored within rises to the surface for conscious release and healing.
As this clearing intensifies, the body and mind experience waves of ascension symptoms, energy fluctuations, mental and emotional purging, a sense of not knowing who the self is anymore. This is the unraveling of the 3D identity and the conscious creation of a new self aligned with truth and higher awareness.
The fourth dimension is about releasing attachments negative thinking knowing how energy works on this planet based on duality, to create a reality based existence. it is the releasing and clearing and connection to all people and things out of alignment.
In this dimension, choices are no longer made from old egoic patterns but from evolution and rising consciousness. It is a space full of shadow work, balancing internal duality, recognising false from truth, total self-honesty, and full responsibility for healing, loneliness may arise but is replaced with self-validation, self worth and self-love.
The fourth dimension is not a goal destination but a preparation, a clearing ground that prepares the self for higher consciousness, where anything not aligned with truth is brought forward to be assessed and released.
This is the space of deep shadow work, releasing embedded toxins from corrupted thoughts, experiencing The “dark night of the soul” and feeling placed in the void multiple times through out, these are not setbacks but initiations into deeper coherence, where identity dissolves and reforms at a higher conscious level. The space of potential healing.
There is often a pull back into the familiar, but a stronger internal directive toward truth, integrity, and alignment. The fourth dimension can feel isolating at times not because you are alone, but because you are refining your field, becoming more selective, more sovereign, more self-source connected.
This is where self-love is not a concept but a lived frequency, developed through presence and integration. The 4D is a threshold space, a continual process of clearing, recalibrating, and embodying, preparing the entire system for higher states of consciousness where truth is not seeked but known.
Most people experiencing ascension are currently moving through the fourth dimension, and this stage is essential to fully integrate. There is no skipping from 3D straight to 5D, this is where the real inner work takes place.
The fourth dimension is the release of all untruths within the limited self, facing and clearing the shadow self, and in doing so, contributing to the healing of duality on the planet. The energy of 4 is deeply connected to soul work, it is a structural building block, a foundation of stability that must be consciously formed. It is the stage of recalibration, reorganisation and refinement.
This entire dimension cannot be bypassed, the residual ego may try to rush ahead or seek higher levels in a linear way, true growth can only come from doing the required inner work. In time the self begins to recognise that constantly wanting “more” or striving to be elsewhere is a linear mindset based in lack, illusions of the 3D state trying to fit into a heirachy system.
These illusions are what dissolve in the 4th dimension, preparing for genuine alignment, without this necessary clearing, embodying 5D and beyond simply is not possible.
Towards the end of the 4th dimension, there is a profound shift into clarity, truth, inner peace, complete trust and inner stability. The ascending self begins making clearer decisions, no longer influenced by illusion or external conditioning, but guided by a deep inner knowing.
Much of the false programming both within self and from the world has been unraveled, and you find that you are no longer experiencing the intensity of ascension symptoms as before.
There is a sense of having healed deeply, both within and outwardly, and you naturally begin to live in alignment with universal truth, no longer tolerating anything that feels out of resonance.
Your world may appear smaller from the outside, yet it will feel more authentic and internally expansive, as you recognise your role in creating your own piece of heaven on Earth.
There is an innate pull to transcend all that is false, even if it means standing apart from the crowd. Your perspective has greatly expanded and heightened, your understanding deepened, and your connection to Source has become much stronger and more embodied.
You recognise how much duality you have healed developed in your unknowingness and in its place, a profound inner peace has emerged.
There is no longer a desire for conflict, outer validation, or acceptance from the external 3D world. You stand based in sovereign truth, self-validation, self-worth, and true self confidence.
You understand more clearly why you are here and consciously align with that purpose. Your connection to the Earth and to the greater unfolding of consciousness feels stronger, you feel connected and move forward with strong intuition, quiet strength, guided by truth, presence, and a higher awareness of what is unfolding both within you and beyond.
