We will not be holding patient hours today 11/17. If you have an emergency, you can call the service, all non-emergencies you can use the text service, and I will get back to you. We will be holding regular hours the rest of the week. We will also be closed next Thursday and Friday 11/27 and 11/28 for the holiday.

It’s flu shot season , with vaccines starting in Oct . Here is why you want to get your vaccine at the dr’s office and not the drug store
1. To get vaccine you must be fever free and have clear lungs, so someone must take your temperature and listen to your chest
2. There are many different types of flu vaccine- trivalent, quadrivalent, high dose, inactivated, egg free , and live attenuated spray. Your doctor must determine which one is right and safe for you, not the one kind for all at the drug store
3. If appropriate your doctor has nasal spray to avoid a needle if you wish

Reminder: Insurance requires you to have a Physical Every year not just when you need vaccines. Make sure your scheduling every year for your physical.

A few announcements: We will be closed Friday 8/29 and Monday 9/1 for Labor day. No one will be in the office so make sure you get your paper work for school before Friday, otherwise you will have to wait till Tuesday morning when were back in, Please do NOT call the service for paperwork for school this is an emergency line only, you can leave a text and I will get back to you when we open on Tuesday morning.
All reminders for appointments will only be through text so please make sure you have this number 833-497-7979 in your phone.
Starting 9/9 Tuesdays hours will be 9-12 reopen at 1:30-5.
Also you don't need to call to ask to drop off forms, you can leave them on the door with child's name on it in our drop off box or email it to swarthped@aol.com
