Gender affirming Care for youth is life saving care. Children and families with support from medical and mental health professionals are working together to ensure they are at their healthiest.

Loss of access to affirming care like puberty blockers, mental health services, and compassionate health providers will have an adverse effect on trans youth if we as a community do not support them.

Trans youth. We see you, you matter, and are absolutely right in whoever you are right now.

The federal government has just attempted to enact a national trans youth care ban.

A new HHS rule would shutter most gender-affirming care for trans youth nationwide.

It violates multiple laws and the constitution, and will likely go into effect in a few months.

Today, I presented to a group of survivors living with and through Prostate Cancer. We talked about relationship intimacy, being single and dating while surviving, p***s pumps, vacuum devices, injections and rods, ni**le stimulation, cl****al care, l**e, grief, and I gave them to explore pleasure.

I haven't been in STL in a while, so I am unsure of the best s*x toy shops 5 taking recs, please.

I told my grams I do this work- we lost my grandpa to this disease when he was 56 yrs old- and she said how much she wished she had community and care like this when they were going through it. 🥹

Community and pleasure are so important, especially now. My place is as a healer and support, so doing this work is so fulfilling. Talk to your doctor, build interdisciplinary teams, and remember that pleasure is part of the treatment plan.

10 years!!!

I almost forgot to post. My private practice turned 10 yrs old, July 6th, and whoa, has it been a journey! I have no idea where the next 10 years will take me, but the last decade has been one of learning, growth, service, helping, and community.

Here's to building community and serving others with more to come! Thank you for being here with me.
