I added a grounding mat to my Red Light therapy bed at the studio. I put it on today; the response from clients made me have to check it out myself, and “Wow” just wow! The difference is amazing. These two modalities are so soothing together. Such a great recharge for my body in just 20 minutes!! Loved it 🥰
