Welcome to Eaker Family Medicine, PA. In addition, we have same day appointments available for urgent care such as illnesses, fractures, etc.

We provide a full scope of family healthcare services including well-child care, women's health, contraceptive planning including Nexplanon and IUD's, and cardiac stress tests. We look forward to caring for you and your family.

VACCINE!!!

We will finally be getting our first individual allotment of the covid vaccine. We will be getting the Moderna brand. The vaccine will be available for everyone age 18 and up (current patients of EFM only). Call 235-0770 and get on the schedule to get yours!

For those that are not current patients, call RPMH (235-1701) and schedule yours through the hospital.

We at Eaker Family Medicine and Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital are working diligently to prepare for the possible influx of patients with COVID-19. NEWS FLASH - school is just 1 month away. Well child/teen exams with vaccinations are required at 4-5 y/o, 11-12 y/o, and 16 y/o. Your child may not be allowed to start school until these vaccines are given. Please, call today to set up this appointment. Don't delay!!
