After 25 long, memorable years, my time with Sweetwater Hospital has came to an end.

I would like to thank each and every person who I had the pleasure of working with during this time. I will miss the familiar faces in the hallways.

You can now schedule an appointment with me at United Primary Care. I will be starting tomorrow (9/22). Please call the Madisonville office to schedule an appointment for your preferred location!

Some insurance companies have mistakenly sent out letters stating that I will no longer be a primary care provider to some individuals. This is a mistake!

-Wednesday: TELEHEALTH ONLY
-Thursday: 8:00-4:00
-Friday: 8:00-3:00
-Saturday: 8:00- 11:00, every 6 week rotation.
