Midweek reminder your body keeps score.

By the middle of the week, a lot of people start noticing it more:
tight shoulders, tension headaches, low back stiffness, sore hips, and that heavy worn-down feeling from work, driving, stress, or long hours on your feet.

Massage therapy can help support the body by encouraging relaxation, improving circulation, and easing muscle tension that builds up through the week.
