Here are a few eye opening tips for the big night:

1. Avoid non prescription costume contacts. They might complete your look, but unsafe lenses can cause serious infections or vision damage.

2. See and be seen! Carry a flashlight or use reflective tape on costumes to stay visible in the dark.

3. Watch out for sticky treats. Some sweets can pull out fillings or braces enjoy responsibly!

4. Remove makeup before bed. Keep those eyes fresh and irritation free by gently cleaning off all face paint or glitter.

5. Protect your little monsters’ eyes. Avoid sharp costume props that could cause injury.

At Eye Q Vision we believe in caring for more than just your vision, we care about our community.

With the upcoming SNAP crisis, many local families may face challenges putting food on the table and accessing basic necessities.
We’re collecting nonperishable food items and toiletries to help those in need during this critical time.

We will be taking all of the donations collected to Salem Lutheran Church.

🧴 Needed Items:
Canned goods, dry foods, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, toilet paper, and feminine hygiene products.

Drop-Off Location: 2127 Midlands CT Sycamore Illinois suite 101

(Tues-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm to drop off donations)

Collection Dates: November 4, 2025 through November 24, 2025

Every donation, big or small, helps brighten someone’s day just like a clear pair of glasses! 👓💙

4D&A Catering Service LLC will donate three cooked dinner plates, to be raffled off for pickup or delivery in DeKalb county on thanksgiving.

👁️ What is Dry Eye? 👁️

"Pink Eye" (Conjunctivitis) can be viral, bacterial, or allergic and each type needs a different approach!

🔍 Here’s a quick breakdown:

✔️ Viral Conjunctivitis – Red, watery eyes, often with cold symptoms. Highly contagious!
