Did you enjoy that extra hour of sleep? Your body might still be adjusting!

When we “fall back,” the sudden shift in daylight can disrupt your internal clock — even if it’s just one hour.

Try these quick reset tips to keep your sleep on track:
🌤️ Get outside in the morning light, it helps reset your circadian rhythm.
🕐 Keep your bedtime consistent all week.
☕ Avoid late-day caffeine (your body’s already tricked enough).
A little routine helps your body feel steady, even when the clocks aren’t.

Did you know your body temperature naturally drops before you fall asleep? ❄️ This is your body’s built-in signal that it’s time to rest.

A cooler environment — ideally 65°F to 68°F — helps you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

So if you’ve been struggling with restlessness, try turning the thermostat down a bit tonight! 🌙

Narcolepsy is a chronic neurological disorder that affects the brain’s ability to control sleep and wakefulness. It’s often misunderstood as simply “being tired,” but the symptoms go far beyond that.

Common signs include:
💤 Excessive daytime sleepiness – falling asleep at inappropriate times despite getting enough rest.
💪 Cataplexy – sudden loss of muscle tone, often triggered by strong emotions like laughter or surprise.
😨 Hypnagogic hallucinations – vivid, dream-like experiences as you’re falling asleep.
😶 Sleep paralysis – temporarily being unable to move when falling asleep or waking up.
🌙 Disturbed nighttime sleep – frequent awakenings or restless nights.

Recognizing these symptoms early can help with diagnosis and treatment.
