This is the future we’re starting to see — even in kids.
We’re now seeing children and teenagers developing posture patterns that used to take decades to show up.
Constant phone use.
Hours sitting and looking down.
Very little movement variety.
Over time, that turns into:

• Rounded shoulders
• Collapsed chest
• Ongoing neck and spine stress
If this posture looks extreme, understand this: it doesn’t happen overnight.
It’s trained slowly, every single day.
The good news is that this is preventable and often reversible when addressed early.
