It comes with great pleasure to introduce Lexie Gilbert! We are so excited that Lexie took the risk of trying a new field in the midst of pursuing her passion of nutrition. She brings a fresh perspective to our clinic and we appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to our clients!

Here is a little bit more about our wonderful RBT:

“Hey! Im Lexie Gilbert. I’m a graduate of Jacksonville State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition in December 2023, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Nutrition at JSU. In addition to my academic work, I’ve gained valuable experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician, which has deepened my understanding of behavior and how it connects to health and wellness. “I’ve been working as an RBT for nearly a year and have truly found my passion in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact, and Im honored to be apart of the progress our clients make. This work is more than just a job—it’s my passion! I love what I do and honored to play a role in helping individuals grow, learn, and thrive every day.

My journey in ABA began in Mississippi, took me to Florida, and has now brought me back to my hometown—where I’m proud to serve the community I love most. There’s nothing more fulfilling than giving back to the place that helped shape who I am.

Congratulations to Heather Collier on passing her Registered Behavior Technician certification exam! 🎊🎈🎉

Heather is a special education teacher working at Indian Valley Elementary. Heather has worked with children in the educational setting for multiple years and continues to change the lives of her students. Working with children in the classroom was not enough for her. When she heard of the services being offered at Gains, she quickly jumped on board and began pursuing her certification as an RBT.
