Hello friends, neighbors, and community. Please take a moment to click the link and read Cheyenne’s story. This is someone in our community who needs their village. Didn’t we all grow up hearing or saying, “it takes a village”? For all of us that’s true. For people in our community facing disability it’s even more so.
Cheyenne is touching and doing everything she can as a disabled person, care-taking their disabled parent, in systems that are actively being dismantled. She is in need of surgery that needs a safe place to heal and recover from. If you can support, please do, if you can’t please share. It takes all of us.

How to Support Our Work:
As a scrappy little non-profit in rural Appalachia, community support is the necessary piece that enables us to do this work. This year we are focusing on building sustainability in our community mental health program, low-barrier food pantry, and community space/farmhouse. We need your help! As both a clinician and massage therapist, Jessie believes massage and bodywork are an important part of caring for ourselves and our community. That said, it’s not always the most accessible. Come spend an evening learning the basics of Traditional Thai Massage and learn a skill that you can also share with your friends, family, loved ones, and community. We take care of us. And sometimes that looks like being comfort to a sore or hurting body. This is Jessie’s favorite hands on work and she can’t wait to share it with you.
