Dear Eastgate Friends and Family,
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the closing of our pharmacy after 63 years of proudly serving Jackson County and surrounding communities. For more than six decades, Eastgate Pharmacy has proposed itself as more than a prescription pickup spot. Family established in 1962, our little drugstore has its local business roots and has continued to keep that family-oriented style of care up until our closing.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our customers first and foremost. The friendships that have been made during this time serving you are vital to us and will remain that way. We also want to offer our sincerest apologies for the sudden closure and any inconvenience that this may have caused. We hope you can understand this decision to part ways as it has been long overdue.
Additionally, we truly hope to see you around the community in the near future.

Our display features a homemade sandbox. The sandbox is constructed from scrap lumber, it measures 20 x 32 in and has real sand in it. Hopefully it won’t become too much of a mess. The paint job was done by our staff. Great fun. So far the response from the public has been positive.
