Our hearts are heavy as we share the passing of our dear friend and team member, Tilly. For the past 7Β½ years, she has been a beloved part of our Hermitage family β€” caring deeply for our residents, supporting her coworkers, and bringing kindness and compassion to every single day.

Tilly had a special way of making others feel seen, valued, and loved. Her dedication to our residents and the joy she brought to those around her will never be forgotten. She truly embodied the heart of what we do here.

We are so grateful for the years we shared together and for the impact she made on so many lives β€” residents, families, and staff alike. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones as she is laid to rest today.

We will miss her deeply and remember her always.
