Her delicious creations didn’t just make our community smell amazing - they also made their way to the Sylvania Township Police Department as a tasty thank-you for all they do. There’s no better way to welcome the fall season than with a bowl of homemade soup made right in our Lakes of Sylvania kitchen. Priscilla, Jean, and friends enjoyed a cozy serving of pumpkin bisque as we kicked off our first weekly soup of the season. We proudly celebrated our veterans with a heartfelt pinning ceremony in partnership with Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice. It was a beautiful tribute to those that served our country with courage and dedication. We are deeply grateful for their service, sacrifice, and strength. You know it’s going to be a good day when pierogies are involved! Our community gathered for a fun-filled social hour to enjoy Alli’s family’s famous homemade pierogi recipe - and let’s just say, no one left hungry. Laughter, butter, and maybe a little friendly competition over who could eat the most made for the perfect afternoon. Our residents had such a spooktacular time getting their candy buckets ready and passing our treats to all the adorable costumed kids who stopped by! Our amazing staff joined in on the fun with pumpkin carving/decorating contest, the creativity was frightfully good! Every one enjoys hot chocolate, cider and donuts while celebrating together. Thank you to everyone who came out and made this Halloween so special for our residents! 🎃 👻
