Sophrology is a gentle mind–body practice designed to help you feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected to yourself.
It combines breathing exercises, gentle movement, relaxation techniques, and guided visualization to bring your mind and body into harmony.
Often described as a blend of meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and light somatic practices, sophrology helps you:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve sleep
Release physical tension
Boost emotional resilience
Increase body awareness
Feel more grounded and present
It’s suitable for all levels and does not require any special physical ability.
