A Day Inside a Costa Rica Wellness Retreat…
This is what a day looks like when you stop traveling to escape…
and start traveling to feel better.
We wake slowly.
Fresh Costa Rican coffee or herbal teas in hand, the morning is yours—
a quiet walk along the beach at sunrise…
or the permission to sleep in a little longer.
No urgency. No pressure. Just space.
We gather for morning meditation,
then move into a 9am practice—
a blend of yoga and Pilates designed to restore, not deplete.
After, a nourishing plant-based brunch prepared by our private Tico chef—
fresh, vibrant, intentional. Everything prepared with love and consideration for metabolism health and restoring the gut.
Midday brings adventure.
Group surf lessons in the warm Pacific,
or free time to explore—ATV through the jungle,
read in a hammock,
or simply be still (something most of us have forgotten how to do).
As the sun softens, we head up the mountain to Coyol Restaurant—
one of the most breathtaking dining experiences in Nosara.
Dinner feels like a ritual.
Connection. Presence. Beauty. Lots of laughter and sometimes happy tears of bewilderment.
And by 10pm…
you’re in bed.
Not because you have to be—
but because your body finally feels safe enough to rest.
This isn’t a vacation you need to recover from.
It’s a reset your nervous system remembers.
