LiRo-Hill Expands New England Operations with New Hires

As LiRo-Hill continues to grow across the New England region, we’re excited to welcome two new Vice Presidents to our leadership team — Jessica Randolph and Heather Ivester. Jessica will lead our Architectural operations, while Heather will oversee Transportation and Infrastructure efforts across the region.

Jessica brings over 25 years of experience in architecture and project management, with a career built on collaboration and a strong focus on client success. A licensed architect in Massachusetts, Maine, and Florida, she has led teams on major projects in the industrial, life science, higher education, and public sectors — managing work valued at more than $100 million. She’s passionate about improving project delivery and communication through better systems and processes, and she’s also deeply involved in her community through the Boston Society of Architects’ Impact by Design group and the Town of Andover’s Preservation Commission. Jessica holds a Master of Architecture, a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, and an MBA — all from Norwich University.

Heather joins us with more than 30 years of leadership experience in transportation infrastructure, transit, and rail projects throughout New England. A licensed Professional Structural Engineer, she has managed programs exceeding $2 billion and led multidisciplinary teams for clients such as the MBTA, MassDOT, Amtrak, and CTDOT. Heather is known for her expertise in program management, bridge design, and business development, as well as her dedication to sustainable, community-driven transportation solutions. She holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering — from Northeastern University and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, respectively.
