🌍✨ Being a World Changer After Trauma ✨🌍

Trauma has a way of widening our view. It challenges us, stretches us, and yet, it can awaken a deeper compassion and a clearer purpose.

As leaders, we don’t just rise despite the harm we’ve endured. We rise because of it. That is the heart of my work with RECLAIM: Leadership After Trauma at LaToya Monique LLC.

I believe that world changers are not only those who bring light, but also those who have walked through darkness and chose to shine anyway. We restore our voice. We reclaim our power. We rise with purpose.

To every professional navigating workplace harm, bias, or burnout: know that your story is not the end, but the lens that makes your leadership sharper, stronger, and more healing-centered.

Here’s to building change not just in systems, but in ourselves, because when we reclaim, we transform. 💜
