Good afternoon everyone, I have some great news to share! I have recently completed continuing education courses that further explored plantar fasciitis and sciatica, including learning how to use special heated wood tools to work the muscles and tissues more directly and efficiently. I’m excited to offer what I learned to better serve those affected by plantar fasciitis and sciatica and I’m adding the following treatments to my massage services:

Plantar Fasciitis Treatment- $45
30 minute massage incorporating specialized warm wood tools and stretches to relax tight muscles and tissues that contribute to plantar fasciitis pain. This treatment focuses on the calf muscles and the bottom of each foot.

Sciatica Treatment- $45
30 minute massage incorporating specialized warm wood tools and stretches to relax tight muscles that contribute to sciatica pain. This treatment focuses on hamstrings, quads, IT bands and the gluteal region.

The treatments will be available on Vagaro soon, I will keep you posted on when they’re added!
